HobCon (Hobby Convention) in Parkmall-Cebu Highlights

I'm one of the spectators. And Im one of the media that covers the first Hobby Convention(HobCon) in Cebu through Cebu Bloggers Society(CBS). It was a great event indeed. Its my first chance to watch and write for such event. All above is possible with the support of my fellow Cebu Bloggers, Cane Events of course at http://www.caneevents.com/, Parkmall at Mandaue North Reclamation, Levelupgames at http://www.levelupgames.ph/ and all other Partners making the event historic.

Cebu Bloggers sits with Senator Mar Roxas

Twas a rainy weather when Cebu Bloggers Society(CBS) sits in a roundtable conversation with Senator Mar Roxas, "Mr. Palengke", "Mr Padyak" as named, June 11, 2009 at Coffea Bean Tea & Leaf, IT Park, Cebu City. It was just merely an informal talk with some sandwhich, cake and tea. Mar Roxas who had attended a Business Forum at Marco Polo organized by both Cebu and Makati Business Club, meets us right after the event. Cebu Bloggers was able to interact with Mar, and the same way Mar gives back some fruitful answers from the querry of the Bloggers.
I am not into Politics.
I am not good into Politics.
This isnt a Political Blog.

So Much for that! I appreciate his Ideas about his first Agenda "Feed Ourselves" which elaborates our weakness in the Agricultural Sector. Every now and then we are buying our rice consumption from countries which is a very unwise act of a nation that has rich soil and vegetation. We have farmers, we have hectares of land, but our we fail to support and cultivate them. A very sad fact. Just crossed my fingers if Politics would go still as is.

Before the month of May ends, Yehey.com, Cebu Bloggers and La Maison had the one-of-a-kind event that all of us is clinging to. An event which is the start of future ideals towards e-marketing and something that could boost each other's interest and mutualism. Yehey.com Ideals
Yehey is looking forward to stabilized a solid mark in internet world by means of all filipino hardwork anf patronage since statistics reveals that we take part a big share in commonly networking site globally like facebook.com, friendster.com and the like. So why not use our own resources anyway to build a internet hun that would compete to that leading sites or at least can stand in our country. Yehey extends that in evry nation no one really can beat the leaders like google.com, yahoo.com and others but at least we have a local portal/search engine that is working and still fighting and of course supported by us. and it should be yehey.com.
